I stopped by to get my grandson a haircut and had my 13 pound dog with me as I always do. Dog is a well behaved mini golden that is hypo allergenic and I was holding in my arms. As we waited to sign in my greeting from girl at counter was "Is that a service dog"? I replied no. After we continued to wait to sign in the same girl told me if she wasn't a service dog she couldn't come in. Again, 13 pound dog, well behaved in my arms. No sign on door stating what she told me. My dog is well behaved and very socialized and I take her everywhere. I walked three doors down and had my grandsons hair cut at "Hair Cuttery" where we were greeted by a friendly stylist as we entered and all three of us were welcomed.

The wait times can be long, but the haircuts are usually good and massages are decent.
