I have been using this location for months and have never had an issue. Chandani and her staff have always been attentive to me and any customer that I have seen while in the store. I love the MVP experience and look forward to my next visit later this morning. Try the location for yourself and I am confident your experience will be like mine. Spend the few extra bucks for the MVP. You will love it.

This was my first time in a Sport Clips. The wait wasn't too bad. My haircut was fine. The stylist was friendly. For my first visit, I was offered everything the MVP program has at the Varsity rate. I turned down the shampoo since I had already washed my hair only an hour earlier. I was looking forward to a massage which I never received. At the register, I saw that discounts were offered to Veterans, but when I asked about it, I was told that I would have had to have ordered the MVP program to get it. I thought I had the MVP program at the Varsity rate. I left feeling cheated in some way since I didn't get any of the MVP benefits. Overall not a good experience.

Signed up for Jen, 24 minute wait. Then she took some one in front of me I asked for Jenna. She no longer works here was the reply. I was slated for another 24 minute wait for Jen. Never mind many other places to go to
