"This place can't keep the same crew. Today was my last visit. I'm pretty sure the stylist was on Xanax or something with how out of it she seemed. I've given this place too many chances and the service just isn't good."

"I have taken my teenage son here before, and it's been an OK experience. He lucked out the last time with a good stylist, who have him a good haircut. We returned yesterday, and of course, that stylist wasn't there. This should tell you something--they never seem to have the same stylists. People don't stay there very long. So, the stylist we get rolled her eyes and sighed when I told her that I had a picture of the haircut my son wanted (it was a pic of how his hair was cut before and his hair was very grown out).That was strike 1. Then she asks my son if he's going to take off his hoodie. She gets an attitude when my son doesn't want to remove his hoodie. I questioned the need to remove any clothing if she'd properly use a towel and cape to cover. Strike 2. Then I show her the pics of his haircut. Pretty standard teen haircut--nothing crazy...not according to her. She's asking my son what number the previous stylist used on his hair, and how the previous stylist cut the top. He doesn't know. She's baffled. She calls another stylist over to look at the pics. The 2nd stylist seems just as confused, and, in fact, tries to argue with me over my explanation of the haircut. By now I'm done. This was strike 3. I tell them that I do not feel confident that they know what they're doing and that they're not cutting my son's hair. We left and went to Brice's Barbershop. They knew exactly how to cut my son's hair."

"Would not recommend. I got here 30 minutes before they close, as I was walking up to the door they turned off the open light and locked the door. Very bad first experience. Never going back."

"Charlotte was great. She cut my son’s hair several months ago and remembered him when we came in again. She cut his hair exactly how he wanted. I highly recommend this location because they are always so pleasant and really do a great job."
